Our Family Summer Bucket List 2018

This Summer I am going to make sure that I am well prepared with a full list of fun summer activities that can be done around the house or on a day out! I am preparing a Our Family Summer Bucket List for 2018

With the school summer holidays are just around the corner and I know my boys are going to do one of two things.

  • Fight for screen time…

or…

  • Come up to me every 10 minutes to say “I’m bored!”

Here’s Our Family Summer 2018 Bucket List

  1. Go to a Pick Your Own Farm and pick our own fruit
  2. Make jam with the fruit we pick
  3. Go to the Beach – Whitby, Redcar, Saltburn
  4. Go to Lindisfarne
  5. Plant and grow our own food
  6. Go away for a weekend
  7. Have a BBQ
  8. Have water fights
  9. Camp in the garden
  10. Make S’mores
  11. Learn a new game
  12. Have a picnic in the park
  13. Scavenger hunt
  14. Feed the ducks
  15. Paint Rocks
  16. Fly a kite
  17. Go to a museum
  18. Go to an outdoor skate park
  19. Go on a train ride
  20. Go to York
  21. Go to Riverside Park, Chester-le-street
  22. Camp in the garden
  23. Go bowling
  24. Pinterest inspired crafts
  25. Bake cookies and cakes
  26. Random Acts Of Kindness
  27. Have a water fight
  28. Go in a hot tub
  29. Feed the ducks

    Some great suggestions for keeping boredom at bay here. My youngest would put the park and feeding ducks at the top of the list. #MMBC
